I myself drive a second hand Lexus Ls which has forced me to get actively involved in the car, often in a vain attempt to reduce servicing costs. One thing I have come to realise however is that I actually enjoy the hands on approach when it comes to automobiles, I’m not sure whether it is because of the extra man points it incurs, or the fact that it’s an excuse to get dirty and create some extra washing for the wife.
