1. Have you filled out the Enterprise Questionnaire?

2. Have you identified a consultant?

3. Are you ready to discuss your need for advice and the consulting assignment with BAS Programme staff?

4. Do you have all the additional enterprise information required by the BAS Programme (financial statements for 2000, 2001 and 2002, court registration papers, list of shareholders, one-page presentation of your business activities)?

5. Has the Consultant prepared a detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the consulting service?

6. A project proposal is submitted for approval to EBRD BAS Programme London.

7. Have you drafted a Consultancy Service Contract to be signed by you and your Consultant?

8. Are you ready to sign a Grant Agreement with the BAS Programme?

9. Once delivered, did the consulting service solve your specific problem?

10. Have you paid the Consultant for his services in full?

11. Throughout the year following disbursement of grant, BAS Programme monitors the development of the company and the effectiveness of the consultant's recommendations.

12. One year after disbursement, a Completion Report is prepared reviewing the consultant's recommendations, the actions taken by the enterprise and the resulting benefits.
